Bet9ja Bonus Not Credited After Using YOHAIG? Read This

If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the bet9ja promotion code. Work through these in order.

Extra characters

Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Clear the field and type it in by hand.

Registration was already complete

Once the account is created, the field is gone. There is no way to add a code afterwards, through support or otherwise. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.

Qualifying deposit not met

The code applies at registration but the bonus triggers on deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.

4. Account verification is incomplete

An unverified account will not receive bonus funds. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.

Duplicate detection

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. The restriction is enforced automatically.

6. The bonus is there but not withdrawable

Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Backing short-priced favourites makes no progress toward the requirement. Progress is visible under My Account.
